Eg. studio and local id of machine. It doesn't make much sense for Anatomy to handle other SiteSync sites.

OP-4504 - make root comparison case insensitive for windows
...
find_root_template_from_path tries to find root in passed path with case sensitivity, on Windows it doesn't make sense C:// == c://.
Keep all other paths case sensitive.
