Updated Material Symbols font resources to version 4.0.0, including renaming font files, updating codepoints and JSON mappings, and modifying the initialization script to reference the new font name. BREAKING CHANGE: Font name changed from "MaterialSymbolsOutlined-Regular" to "MaterialSymbolsOutlined", which may affect code relying on the previous naming convention.
