be6aac6a72 Remove TreeViewSpinner with QtSvg dependency 
- The `TreeViewSpinner` widget was not used anywhere
- The `QtSvg` dependency does not exist in BorisFX Silhouette so removing it was easiest to make Silhouette not error on this import
