32fffa9aa4 Separate Camera extraction for Alembic and Maya Ascii to separate plug-ins, implement the usage of a "bakeToWorldSpace" attribute. 
Note: The Camera mayaAscii extractor does not support `bakeToWorldSpace=False` yet. See the TODO comment.
